Camp Hours and Prices

Camp Cost

Half-day camps: $190 per week

Full-day camps: $325 per week

Red Hot Robots Materials Fee: $20

Prices apply to camps registered for through Mad Science. Camps with partner organizations may have different prices and hours. Please see the partner organization for complete pricing, hours, and policies.

Sibling or Multi-camp discount

To receive the Sibling or Multi-camp discout please register online and when you get to the check out page, STOP and call us.  Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund if you pay the full price through the on-line system. If you are registering after business hours, just select pay by check and give us a call the following day.  Your place will be reserved and we can adjust the balance and take payment at that point.

Half-day camps: $10 off the regular price per camp or child (after the first fully paid camp).

Full-day camps: $20 off the regular price per camp or child (after the first fully paid camp).

Camp Hours

Half-day camps:
Morning:  9AM-12PM
Afternoon: 1PM-4PM

Full-day camps: 9AM - 4PM

Extended Care Hours & Cost

Some Mad Science camps will offer extended care.  Please enroll at least 2 weeks prior to start of camp to reserve your spot in aftercare. If you would like to enroll in aftercare at a location that does not have it, please contact us and we will consider adding it.

AM Care:  8AM - 9AM    $50 per week

PM Care:  4PM - 6PM    $100 per week

AM and PM Care:           $125 per week

We reserve the right to cancel aftercare two weeks prior to the start time if minimum number of children are not enrolled. Please call for details or to sign up for daily care.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued, less a $25 administration fee if you withdraw at least 30 days prior to the start of camp. Any withdraws less then 30 days prior to the start of camp are subject to a $50 administrative fee. All refund request must be made in writing to camps@madscienceofdc.com, and must be received before 9:00 AM on the second day of camp.
